Bandai 1/60 Perfect Grade Zaku - Desert Commander - Second Half - Finishing
Let's continue to finish out the Zaku. The armor parts are very important as they are the one that you will see most of the time.
More cutting and positioning them on the armor parts.
The inner frame is good as it is, so I decided not to put any decal on it.
The right arm.
Double checking to make sure the lines are good. Again, a preshadow will do the trick. I don't need to wash again.
Good enough :)
When applying the decal, you have to make sure they are center correctly.
If you make a mistake, you can put sticky tape on top of it to clean it out. (Assume you have the same one to reapply again).
The desert yellow, nato green and mix brown color works well. (Will have better photos with good lighting later).
The quality of the decal is good. You can read all the text back.
Here is the arm with armor on the inner frame.
The head is back on.
The side of the legs. I think it is called armor shirt?
The inner frame is fun to build and paint.
Just be extra careful to make sure it is centered.
By the way, I will left the shield alone without adding any big numbers on top of it.
Ok, more tubes making for the leg. Every one is primed, base coat, and then post shadow.
The screw is put in to act as stopper for one side.
Here you go.
