Nihonmachi Street Fair
Here is the 34th Annual Nihonmachi Street Fair. It has become an annual tradition in San Francisco Japan town. It is a celebration of the diverse Asian and Pacific American communities here in the Bay Area. A place where one can taste and learn about the various cultures. What makes us unique and what common thread there is between us. It is a place where our children can go and identify with...a celebration they can call their own.
There are two days of free musical entertainment which showcases hip-hop, R&B, and Top 40 music and cultural performing artists. Actually, I did not know any of them. But then, it is free and it is not bad at all.
There are shops on the street where you can do some shopping.
Have your kids go jumping is also there.
94.9 was also there.
The cops are there to make sure everything is cool.
This is the best BBQ that day.
