Bob is wrong. That's Bahamut from Final Fantasy X. Believe me, I played the game.

It's a Aeon that another character called yuna summons to help win battles.

That Bahamut was impressive!! I loved it! Also I hope that witch in red didn't have any issues keeping herself contained in that costume. Looks like one that could play peek a boo on her.
